All items are inspected prior to being sent out, and we take care to package them suitably.
In the event of damage or missing items, we will correct the problem as appropriate, in as timely manner as we can. In the case of damage, we would require photographic evidence, so we can decide if we need to take action against our carrier. Additional postage cost will be at our expense.
You have the right to change your mind within 14 days. Postage costs will not be refunded.
